term (1837-1841). He dug a water passage, a headrace, and channeled
water from Chiu-Chu Pond and thousands of hectares offields lacking
of water benefited from it. This allowed two harvests a yearinstead
of one harvest a year. The residents were all live in harmony, andthat

He died in Ho-Nan Province in 1849. In order to show their appreciation,
the residents built "Tsang-Kung Shrine" in Feng-Yi Academy,
which sits next to the county government, in 1860. They also hung
