Jhang, Ji-Fu and Jhang, Ji-Chuan brothers were commercial
famous man in Fengshan City, for the commemorating their mother Ms.
Jhang, Wan-Hen, established commemorative library foundation, and
contributes money construct the hardware equipment, then the Fengshan
City Office provides the southwest corner of the seventh park to construct
the hall, 1,983 in September commemorative library completed, May
Mother's Day in 1984 it is completed ,and opened. Names "The
Kind Graciousness Library" by former president Yan,Chia-Kan.,it
is helpful for people to reading. The Kind Graciousness Library biggest
characteristic is imitating the chinese type palace type construction.It
has collected fourty thousand boks, open-type for reading. It has
collected more than 40,000 books.
